Return Policy
- Call us to arrange for any returns at (800) 793-2001 or you may email customer service at parts[at]gmpartsoverstock.com.
- There may be a 40% restocking fee charged against returned or cancelled parts, depending on the part and the order.
- Parts that have not been shipped but were specially ordered may still be subject to our restocking fee
- Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging, and must include any sticker that comes on the packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Any international orders are not returnable
- Safety items are not returnable
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- We are not responsible for any installation charges you may incur
- Return / exchange requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
- Parts purchased without VIN fitment are nonreturnable
- Restocking fees may be waived for exchanged orders
- Shipping Fees are nonrefundable on completed orders
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Handling Fees are nonrefundable on completed orders
- ALL returns must include all original GM part numbers / stickers

- Cores MUST be returned in the new item's packaging
- Cores MUST be OEM parts. No aftermarket cores will be accepted
- Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 40% may apply.
- Shipping fees on orders cancelled before shipment are refundable
